Maybe I'm totally missing the hack but why not - for the users sake -
have an image, with a registration code, generated on the lotto web page
(gimp etc.). Ask the user to duplicate the code which verifies to a DB
outside of the root.
If there is no user code entered display "Congratulations, you have won
$100,000! Please drop by our office to pick up your prize" ;)
