How about setting up a cron job/schedule that runs every so often that runs
a php script. This script would then do a "delete where date < now - offset"
type of sql statement.

A new user sign up an account, but don't activate it in a given time, So his
sign-up record need to be deleted from the db.
Can I use PHP+MYSQL to delete it automatically in a given time, if yes,
could you please tell me how?
Regards
Mike
