I guess title, description and date are defined as char-like fields. So you have
to enclose the values in quotes:
<?
$Query = "INSERT INTO news (title,description, date) VALUES
('$data[0]','$data[1]', '$data[3]')";
mysql_exec($Query);
?>
AFAIK the function mysql_exec doesn't exist. use mysql_query($Query).
