Failed opening required

Hi, I have installed php more and more time, but since 2 days ago a strange problem is come to me: when I try to open a site like www.trade-land.com I get: Warning: Failed opening '/home/httpd/trade-land.com/language.inc.php3' for inclusion in menuPrincipale.inc.php3 on line 8 where language.inc.php3 have this rigths: -rw-r--r-- and it is accesible via web. I use php-3.0.7 and in my php3.ini file I have: include_path = .:.. Ah, I have tried include "./language.inc.php3", include "language.inc.php3" and include ("./language.inc.php3") but with no results. Does some1 can say me why this?
