You cannot nest forms however if you set the action to the same page and submit the entire form to itself, then you can use javascript to change the action to the eventual target by using an onChange event on the final field: <input type="text" name-"lastField" onChange="document.formName.action='newAction.cgi'"> Hope this helps!
