This tells me that the user made a boo boo:
if((strpos($yourimage, "\.jpg") !== false) || (strpos($yourimage, "\.jpeg")
!== false))
So what does this do?
if((!strpos($yourimage, ".jpg")) || (!strpos($yourimage, ".jpeg")))
