hi,
at http://www.mm4.de/andreas.otto/php_related/
we have put a working php
pdflib3 module for php4.
with help of uwe steinmann we got that working now, and unlike the
clibpdf module, which can be found there to, the pdflib has another
license which makes it easier to use. there are a couple of other
modules in the latest build too, inluding cybercash, gettext and more,
which are mentioned there.
greetings
daniel
