Why?
This is why: http://nijb.nl/planning.php (It will open a
flat excel
sheet, or so you might think) Oh, in case you should worry, the file is
PHP generated and guaranteed macro free.
There's the first requirement fullfilled.
So what more needs to be done,
and where is 'out there?'
