hi!
i have got a problem with php3 on my redhat (6.2) linux system. i am
running the newest rpm versions of apache and mysql, and i have built
and installed php3 as a DSO with mysql support enabled.
everything seems to work fine; but i have encountered one strange thing:
when i try to access the parameters passed from a form, i keep getting
this message:
"Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in
/home/httpd/html/sourceforge/www/testphp.php on line 11"
---- this happens when i try, for instance, the following:
while(list($k,$v) = each ($HTTP_GET_VARS)) {
printf("name %s, wert %s", $k, $v);
}
- it just won't work...
the funny thing is that accessing the params by their names works! (i
mean, using $foo for <input name="foo">).
do you have a clue what's going wrong here?
i have a feeling that it's something about the include-path, but apart
from that, i am totally lost.
what i have is (in httpd.conf)
<Directory />
php3_include_path
/home/httpd/html/sourceforge/www/include:/usr/local/include/php:.
</Directory>
- i'd reallly appreciate any comments, and sorry for the stupid
question, but obviously it's so foolish a problem that it's not even
mentioned in the FAQs...
