If you just want your page to be reloaded after input submit call, you may
as well use a JS onClick() event.
<input type="submit" onClick="history.go(0)" />
<input type="submit" onClick="window.location.reload()" />
Alternatively you may send a few META refresh headers.
It doesn't really have anything to do with PHP as such.
