It's fixed in CVS, we'll see it in the next release (4.2.0). From the
NEWS file:
- Fixed is_dir(), is_writeable(), is_readable(), is_executable(),
is_link() and is_file() functions to not throw a 'file does not
exist' warning. (Sterling)
