Hi --
I'm kicking around an idea that will require the administrator of a message
board to use an Outlook-like "Rules Wizard" to create filters that respond
differently to visitor input.
Y'know, letting board moderators create filters like "if [AUTHOR] contains
'BARNEY' and [CONTENT] contains 'hooked up with WILMA' then send mail to
'FRED'" ... etc. etc.
It's easy enough to hard-code this sort of regex ... but the notion of
making a create-on-the-fly tool for this kind of thing is scrambling my
brain a bit at the moment.
Can anyone refer me to a code sample that does something like this?
Thanks in advance,
-Clay
