x axis= 0 - 365 (time in days)
y axis= 0 - 100(or 1 depending on the value you're taking for
utilization. It's best to convert it into %.) (percent util)
After that you'll need some way of being able to plot y/x or Percent
util over time. After that, it should be easy.
