I'm confused at what you're trying to do here. In your original post you
wanted to pass variables using the URL. But now you're combining it with a
form!
If you're using a form then:
<form = "form1" method = "post">
<input type = "text" name="myvariable1" value="<? echo
$myvariable1 ?>">
</form>
would suffice.
