I briefly remember this from my past SQL Server / ASP days. Nowadays we use
MySQL because it knocks spots off the competition, but that's not going to
help you with your problem at hand so here's my synopsis:
SQL Server or ODBC (I'm not sure which) has this problem when you query
something and then query something else before the original query has
finished. This should not cause a problem because Windows NT Server and SQL
Server are supposed to be Multi Tasking....................The only work
around I ever had for this is to make sure that the first query completes
before the second query starts.
The problem is definitely NOT a PHP problem though. This error occurs in ASP
and Visual Basic.
It could be ODBC but I'm not sure.
Sorry, I couldn't be anymore helpful.
Andy.
