Hey all,
Does PHP support lazy evaluation? Meaning that if:
if (isset($HTTP_POST_VARS['submit'])
&& $HTTP_POST_VARS['submit'] == 'create')
does PHP stop evaluating after the first condition if $HTTP_POST_VARS is
not set?
