To get a break every 'n' records, use a counter
and a test like this:
$i = 0; // record count
$n = 3; // break interval
do {
...Row print code for every record...
if (i++ % $n) == 0 && $i > 0) {
print("<TR><TD COLSPAN=3>Row printed every $n
records</TD></TR>\n");
}
} while ...
