Any thoughts if I can modify it so that VirtualHost logs to the screen?First of all, shouldn't that be: php_flag display_errors on i.e. "on" instead of "yes"? Have you tried creating a php file with just phpinfo() so you can see what the configuration is? If this is set properly you should see "Local Value" set to "on" and "Master Value" set to "off".
