The HTML would be having problems because PHP would compile this:
--
<?
print '<INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="savings" VALUE="' .
$data["SAVINGS"] . "'>";
?>
--
as:
--
<INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="savings" VALUE="'>
--
Note VALUE's quotes: " and '. Try with this:
--
<?
print '<INPUT TYPE="TEXT" NAME="savings" VALUE="' .
$data["SAVINGS"] . '">';
?>
