Dynamic Drive has an interesting link to onmouseover DHTML effect for
colored pop-ups.

They have quite a few ready to use DHTML scripts.

Subject: [PHP] change appearance of ALT-Image-Text onmouserover
When an image has an Alt-text assigned moving over the image brings up
little yellowish window containing this text.
Now does anybody know a way to e.g. change backgroundcolur and text size of
this window?
Thanks
