Note to the maintainers of the otherwise excellent online manual at php.net:
all special characters (like @) seem to act as stop words in the search,
with the result that it is not possible to find out about them unless you
already know what they do. I discovered that a while ago whilst trying to
find info on the :: operator. Similarly, a search for @ yields "Sorry, no
documents matched your search for"@".", despite the fact that the
documentation is right there at:
http://www.php.net/manual/features.error-handling.php
Although it is probably a good idea to strip most non-alpha characters from
a search string, perhaps characters with special meaning in PHP could be
allowed.
