They are && and ||, also there are "AND" and "OR" case insesitive. But
you have to know taht && and "and" have different place in
the precedence table. The same is for || and "or". But This is very rare case to rely on
the precedence.
if((($m[0]=="-")&&($count<2))||($count++"0"))
this seems ok but
$count++"0"
is not OK. What you want to do?
