ini_set('include_path', 'J:/Program Files/php/pear/');
require_once 'PEAR.php';
require_once 'DB.php';
ini_set(); should be the 'root' where all included files will be found. On
Windows you use / for paths.... or sometimes \\ (escaping a \).
Anyway, the above method works on my machine.
