The sollution is to call the "cgi-bin" with
.../download/something/filename.ext in stead of
.../download?something&filename.ext
the parameters to download will then be stored in the environment
vairable PATH_INFO instead of query_string and the browsers will thing
the file sent to them is named filename.ext
I don't think PHP can do this download.php3/somthing/filename.ext
returns a 404.
