77F6750B looks like a memory address to me, so what happened is
probably that PHP tried to access a memory region outside of what it has
currently allocated and the operating traps that and prevents PHP from
accessing that memory region.
You do not say what Operating System / Webserver you are using, so I
can't point you at any exact resources. But it looks like a Windows
error, so you might want to check out http://support.microsoft.com/ for
more information.
