Put it in a for loop and add data to the array.
Example:
for( $i = 0; $i < 24; $i++)
{
$arr[$i] = "Data here.";
}
This is one of the fastests; however, there are other ways as well.

I cannot seem to find it in my documentation.
Looking to generate and populate an array with the numbers 0-23.
