Unpack and copy the patch diff to the php4.0.6/main source directory, then
use :
patch rfc1867.c rfc1867.c.diff-4.0.6
then the usual configure, make, make install.

Depends on how you originally installed your PHP. Was it from RPM? Or
source?
Or whatever?
It was the source. Should I just re-install the whole thing?
