SetCookie() problems ...

Hi all,
on my machine (NT4 SP6a, PHP 4.0.1pl2, Apache 1.3.12) cookies
seem to be treated different by Netscape Navigator (V4.08) and
Microsoft Internet Explorer (V 5.01). Netscape always accepts the
cookie while Micro$oft's Web browser only accepts it the first time I
access a page on that one domain www.testocal.com which is
running here.
What could be the problem? The old problem with the path
paramater?
SetCookie(str Name, str Value, int Expire, STRING PATH, str
domain, int SSL)
