I use this (omitting error checking):
$message = "Name: $name\nAddress: $address\n";
mail("webmaster@yoursite.com", "Message Subject", $message, "From:
$email");
This assumes that name, address, and email are form variables that the user
inputs.
See http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.mail.php
for more information
about mail();
