I want to know , How should i can force a user to start visiting my site
with homepage only even if he enter any other file name
This sounds like a natural for cookies.
If the user visits a page, and does not have a cookie, then send him there,
and give him one.
There may be other mechanisms, but this would be pretty easy to implement.
