Is there any functions or command that I can print out a page or a document without using the browsers' print? If you have compiled php as standalone (I think it´s called the cgi)you can use the exec("lpd docname"), if you have a printer on your box, or in your network. If you want to do this on the clients(surfers) machine, you have to use the browser and JavaScript, as you are 'only' sending a html-page. HTH Oliver
