Can anyone tell me why the printer extension (php_printer.dll)
is not included anymore? I was wanting to use the functions, but
the distribution I just downloaded (4.1.2) does not include
this extension. It was included in 4.0.6, but I don't want
to go back to that version.
Thanks,
