I tried using fopen to connect using something like
ftp://username:pass@some.ip/some/dir/ but that
gave me a ("ftp://...@200.27.198.16/suma/noticias/","r")
- No such file or
directory error.
I figured it was due the username:pass which might me confusing php3.
I copied and pasted the URL from netscape, to ensure that the URL is
correct.
