Sounds like a multi-step form to me. The way you do those is present
the first part, then when submitted, convert all the parts already
entered into form fields with TYPE=HIDDEN, then send back more form
(being sure to use different field names of course). Now this isn't
going to be terribly elegant unless you use some Javascript to
auto-submit when the user hits enter instead of making him click on
the submit button. It'll also have a noticeable delay. The only
other way I can think of to do that is entirely client side and
involves heavy javascript that basically does client-side what I'm
talking about server-side -- and it'll still flicker like mad if it
has to redraw the whole page, if you're not using some kind of DHTML
solution. Good looking multi-step forms are truly a PITA :-/
