For you information the this question should be directed at php-db.
In answer to your question the OCIError function returns FALSE
on sucessful completion of OCIExecute and an associated array
on failure. The array contains 2 indecies "message" and "code"
eg:
$stmt = OCIParse($DB_WDB,"select * from bob");
OCIExecute($stmt);
$res = OCIError($stmt);
if ($res == FALSE)
{
echo "ok";
}
else
{
echo "bad: reason: $res[message] ($res[code])";
}
