Hello I have a form that is to entered into a MySQL database. A couple of the feilds must contain irregular characters, such as (/\+;]{'.,<:"?>}|_~`) What MySQL Field type should I use? varchar doesn't work.Even this is a definitive mysql-question, try to addslashes() before you insert your data in the DB, then varchar, text, mediumtext shall work.
