Here's what I did: - fetch and install Unix CVS from http://www.cyclic.com/ - fetch and install WinCVS (optionally) from http://www.wincvs.org/ - fetch and install CVSweb from http://stud.fh-heilbronn.de/~zeller/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ - read docs (in that order) -- http://www.computas.com/pub/wincvs-howto/ (even if you didn't install wincvs :-)) -- http://www.wincvs.org/howto/cvsdoc/index.html -- http://cvsbook.red-bean.com/ -- http://durak.org/cvswebsites/ -- http://www.daemonnews.org/199903/websites.html -- http://www.phpbuilder.net/columns/tim19990915.php3 (attention: some bugs in the text of the story) - try it, play with it - eventually start using it I did. BTW a question: what about binaries in CVS repositories? Do you store them there? Or rather do you use CVS for text files only?
