This is 100% completely impossible.
If you want to make data available but you don't want people to be able to
save or print it, I suggest you do what courts do in such cases: Keep the
data in a secured physical environment and search people for cameras and
other recording equipment prior to allowing them in the room.
By the time something is on a web page, it is on someone's computer and is
no longer under your full control.
