Hi I haven't done this for a while, but here goes .... - Use Tools/Analyse/Documenter - Select Tables Tab - Check the tables to document (maybe one at a time?) - There is a place to set the attributes you want (name, type, field length, decimals, etc) - Run the documenter - Save the output as a table (Access assigns a table name like object_definition) - Export the objects table to text ..... phew, hope it works for you Dell Coleman PICO Technology Corp.
