Umm... You were asking about the command line ... not from a URL. To which
are you refering really?
1. Using the CGI binary on the command line to (in effect) shell script in
PHP
2. Using the Apache module and going to it from the URL
The variable initalising is totally different in both scenarios (eg: in 2.
you get $_GET, $_POST, etc. global arrays)
