IIS Crash. Bug?!?

Just wondered if anyone else got this, sometimes if I run the following IIS
gets an exception and falls over, i'm using php v4.2.0, IIS5.0, only happens
every now and again tho, sometimes it just hangs for a couple of secs and
goes to the location.
