Load up a phpinfo() page and it will tell you what php.ini it's using. It's
in the first table at the top of the page.
<?phpinfo()?>

Subject: [PHP] session _save dir
Hi all,
I've run into something interesting on W2k, PHP 4.2, and Apache 1.3.24:
No matter what I set the session save dir to, php will only look for
c:\tmp.
I do not have another php.ini floating around, unless the beta zend
studio
I'm checking out is somehow overriding my ini.
So, I gave to the dark side, became one with windows and made c:\tmp and
gave permissions to SERVICE and SYSTEM for read/write actions on that
dir.
Now php is happy. But why won't it "obey" the ini in its own dir
(c:\php)? I
did not place c:\php in my path. What's going on?
