DOMXML [revisited]

Hi again and sorry to pose same question, but I'm about to pull out my hair here. There were some DOMXML questions in the past 24h but none replied to. Two of us till now have had the same problem: compiled DOM just fine and see it is there with phpinfo(); but cannot use its functions[1].
