Since you can name multi-select form variables such "formvar[]" to indicate
that the values are part of the array, it seems like you should be able to
do
this:
(disclaimer: very untested)
"?matt[]=one&matt[]=two&matt[]=three"
and use the arrray $matt to get the values...
