This PR cleans up several typographical and grammatical errors across documentation, build tools,
comments, and internal local identifiers:
- **Local identifiers**:
- Refactored grammatically incorrect local variable
childrens ->
children in RecursiveFilterIterator::getChildren
(ext/spl/spl_iterators.c).
- Refactored local variable sav -> saved_char in
sapi_header_add_op (main/SAPI.c).
- **Build & scripts**:
- Fixed typos in build/gen_stub.php (readd -> re-add),
ext/ext_skel.php (hypens -> hyphens), and
scripts/gdb/php_gdb.py / main/debug_gdb_scripts.c (by-passed
-> bypassed).
- **Docs & comments**:
- Corrected spelling and grammar in docs/release-process.md,
Zend/zend_API.c, Zend/zend_partial.c, Zend/zend_call_stack.c,
and various extension files (ext/dom, ext/ftp, ext/openssl,
ext/opcache, ext/pdo, ext/session, ext/spl,
ext/standard).
No public C APIs, ABI structures, or PHP userland APIs were altered.
