gdft.c only includes <ft2build.h> when HAVE_FT2BUILD_H is defined since the libgd 2.4 sync,
but neither config.m4 nor config.w32 (since CHECK_HEADER() replaced CHECK_HEADER_ADD_INCLUDE())
define it. FreeType < 2.10 requires <ft2build.h> to be included first.
