My understanding from https://github.com/PCRE2Project/pcre2/blob/main/SUPPORT-LIFECYCLE.md
is that when PHP next will be released in late 2027 this will effectively be the minimal version we
can depend on.
Technically version 10.32 is still shipped in RHEL 8 with Maintenance Support ending in May 2029,
but hopefully this is fine to drop as it can always rely on the bundled lib instead, would this be
ok with you @remicollet ?
