We no longer need to increase the refcount of
$this when calling methods, as this is
done by the underlying Zend API.
While at it simplify some reference counting, that seemed inconsistent, which is only needed by
spl_object_storage_get_hash as it _might_ call a userland function, so increase the ref
only in the case it _does_.
