SQLINTEGER is int on 64-bit unixODBC but long on 32-bit unixODBC and on Windows, so printing it with
%d warns on i386 and breaks --enable-werror builds. Cast to long and use %ld, as
pdo_odbc_fetch_error_func() already does for the same field.
