we can see that
FreeBSD's getaddrinfo() [does not immediately return errors from numeric address
parsing](https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/blob/73d3c964be93034daf26a55ebac38c2152769f74/lib/libc/net/getaddrinfo.c#L543-L550)
and can [fall back to name
resolution](https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/blob/73d3c964be93034daf26a55ebac38c2152769f74/lib/libc/net/getaddrinfo.c#L569-L573).
So just add this flag
AI_NUMERICHOST to prevent it.
